Maybe try making more??? I know it sounds strange... but if you were to make extras for leftovers and divide it into 2 portions put them in containers and write your name on one and his on the other... then you both get the yummy leftovers...and he might not steal yours :)

Weekends can be rough!!! If I know I'm gonna be bad... I try to get out for a run early that morning so I have the extra calories and if I don't have the time...then I make sure to do it the next day and I try to make the best choices possible while eating other places

I love that website!!!! I was eating 1200 cals a day for just over 2 months...lost 8 pounds then upped it to 1400 for 2 weeks...lost 3 pounds then upped it to 1545 for 2 weeks now and weighed in this morning...lost 2 more pounds I exercise like crazy, eat all my exercise calories back and drink tons of water :)

I found running and heavy weights to be beneficial for me if you're gonna start lifting weights...I would recommend upping your calorie goal when I started on here I was at 1200 calories per day...I'm now at 1545 (my BMR) and have lost more weight in the past month than I had the previous 2 when I was at 1200

I like to build pizzas on whole wheat english muffins or tortillas, whole wheat or spinach then top with basil pesto or bbq sauce, shrimp, red onions, pineapple and low fat cheese well...I know what I'm having for lunch now :)

I have mine set at 40/30/30 carbs/fat/protein I find I'm usually never over in any of them... I've also changed my calorie goal... MFP put me at 1200 I thought it was to low for the amout of exercise I was doing so I upped it to 1400 and lost 2.8 pounds in 2 weeks I just upped it again to 1545 which is my BMR also...I do…

YEP!!!! my post workout protein smoothie consists of: 2 cups frozen berries 2 scoops protein powder 2 cups spinach 1 frozen banana 1/6 cup sunflower seeds 2 cups water Blend :) easy way to add 800 yummy calories back after an 8km run :)

I do this already :) I run the same route regularly, clockwise and counter-clockwise it's now gotten to the point where I don't have to pick anything up anymore... even though there is a high school and middle school that back onto the trail I run :happy:
