FLAT AND ROCK HARD STOMACH?

Hey -- just wondering how I can get a super flat and rock hard stomach for summer? Any exercise, gym routines, etc.. and a realistic time phrase would be helpful?

    do stomach crunches or get an exercise ball and do crunches on them

    Crunches do NOT get you flat tummy and abs, abs are made by diet. You need to have you body fat % down to 12% or lower to see them. Try Jillian Michael's 6week 6pack to get you started. Crunches will waste your time

    Sadly abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym.good luck

    Only if you're a guy...women should be around 18%

    Average is 20% for women. Abs are so dang hard to get. If you get there it will be because of your diet not millions of crunches.

    Eat a deficit, lose the fat, lift weights.
