  • For some reason I seem to drop after eating Salmon. Not sure why but the next day I always weigh less. Must be something in it? Never ate fish untill I started to eat cleaner. Now have it at least once per week. Cmoan the fish!:bigsmile:

  • There are days I feel I could lick the floor for the tase of chocolate. Even now just writing about it makes me miss it even more. I worked out my loss equates to about 13kg of chocolate (in calorie terms). You would think going off the Alcohol would be the hard part but Chocolate is much harder to give up!

  • I went to see a customer that I have not seen for about 7 weeks. I have only lost about 3-4lbs since I saw them last (which was about a 15-16lb loss) but I was wearing a suit that actually fit. They really noticed the minute I walked in. It must have been the suit :wink:

  • Same here. I think I need to stop doing it though. I often find myself doing it before and after food at the weekend. I think I am getting a bit compulsive about it.

  • Stuck in the same situation. I can drop a lb or so but I just gain it back in a couple of days. I think the only way I will drop is to incerase my cardio to break through and keep it up. I think my body thinks it should just be the weight it is at right now.

  • I would love to take superdog out but he broke his leg 2 years ago and it gets sore if he walks too much. That and he wants to pee on everything! I think you can do it but the dog will need to be in good shape. My friend takes his spaniel out running. The dog loves it. He easliy runs the full 5k. Dogs are GREAT!

  • Cosmo. He is a cross between a black lab and either a collie or a lurcher. He is smaller than a lab though. He is a rescue dog. I broke him out of doggy jail 3 years ago so he is about 4 or 5 years old now. He loves me more than anything else in the world, except for my wife and chews.

  • My digital scales were wierd. It said I had lost 5 lbs. It was consistant over 2 days as well. I changed the batteries and the weight came back. I now think that calories live in batteries!
