I am just doing it straight - to be fair I'm not really doing much else - a zumba class once since I started and some very gentle walking at weekends with my family. Do it however it fits in with your lifestyle and whichever way means you'll stick to it - I vary between getting up and doing it at 6am before the children…

Thank you for your replies. I got up at 6am and did d1 l2 this morning. Despite the shock to the system I felt great and very virtuous all day for having got my exercise in. Extra time this evening to do homework etc with the little people!!!

Ditto, now on day 10 (day 11 tomorrow and level 2aaarrrrggghhh) - lost 9 inches in the first 7 days including 2 off my waist, 3.5 from around my belly button, 1 off my chest and hips, 1/2 off each thigh and 1/4 off each arm. Good luck x

Am on day 9 and appear to have list 2 5 pounds on day 7 and put it back on again x however on the plus side I am down 9 inches including 2 off my waist and 3.5 around my belly button in that time. OMG - so with you on those cycle crunches - and that's the end isn't it before the warm down. I closed my eyes doing those and apart from my husband uttering some choice words next to me as he struggled with them, all I could hear was Jillian shouting don;t you stop, hang on in there, lol. No pain, no gain!!!

I did D1 L1 tonight with my husband - we didn't have any weights either so used tins of tomatoes - to be fair that was enough my arms are aching - the pushups really caught me out. Hopefully we'll notice a reduction in inches this month!
