Ditto I have been within my mfp guidelines in terms of calories and doing ripped in 30 this month plus Zumba, unfortunately my scale keeps bouncing around 2 pounds, yesterday I had lost them, this morning I had put them back on. The inches are down which is good but the scale is bugging me, lol xxx good luck x

Great Job you look amazing x

It is advisable because of the fact that you twist and mice a lot. Running shoes are not flexible enough and tend to be sticky you risk calf and Achilles strain. If you have to wear trainers make them light cross trainers. I bought some well cushioned split sole dance shoes which were really reasonable rather than the more…

Huge congrats to you. I'd lost 20 pounds as of this morning too xxx great feeling x

I am on week 3 of ripped having completed 30ds on 3rd April. I lost 23 inches on 30ds and 6.5 pounds x if you search there is an ultimate 30ds post with stacks of images etc, it is really motivating x

Wow, what a trendous difference. The picture of you and the little girl in your old jeans is just brilliant, it definstely deserves its own frame x you are a true inspiration, well done xxx

Excellent results you lOok brilliant. I hear you on the weight thing. I lost 6.5 pounds with 30ds and am now half way through r in 30 and have gained 1 despite inches being down loads. I'll take what I look like over what the scales say every time though. Well done and thank you for sharing xxx

Amazing results what a difference x well done!

Ditto I ended up losing 6.5 pounds in the end but 23 inches. Like you though I am so programmed to look at the number on the scale as a success indicator I really struggled. As others have said fat takes up a lot more space than muscle, you could have lost 3 pounds of fat but gained 6 of muscle. Net result gaining 3 pounds…

I am so sorry about your experience as can tell from the way you have written it so eloquently you are still in the hurt phase in how to deal with all this. You have admitted to having your own issues and are dealing with feeling negative by doing something positive and wow, 50lbs - that is amazing!!! It seems like you…

Amazing job and what a difference in the pics. I lost 23 inches on 30ds and was really pleased and took 1 day off before starting ripped - that is a killer, lol. Just done day 1 week 2 of rin30 today. Good luck, you are doing so well xxx

Well done Katie - you can totally see the difference - great job!!!

Completely with you there. Congratulations on your successes so far. It is really hard when we are used to the scale reading being a measure of success to look somewhere else for that measure. The tape however does not lie at all and is so much more accurate. I have been in a similar boat. I completed the 30ds last week…

Awesome job, thats where hard work and commitment gets you. What brilliant results, such a huge difference in your profile, waist, hips, tummy Nd wow to the back shot!!!

Well done again, you have done so well. There is a lot more definition in your waist and your tummy too. You must be thrilled. Did you do it over the 30 days? How inspiring. Still aching a little and only on day 5 today of Rin30. Certainly didn't ache this long with 30ds and managed to lose 6.5 pounds and 23 inches on that…
