  • Sometimes if you increase your protein and water intake it will help your stall. Lots of time you have to increase your calorie intake because your body has gone into starvation mode. Stalls are common and you will have lots of them along the way.

  • I am like rest of you and would love to jog......I would love to walk. I am overweight and have feet and knee problems....that is the worse!   • Stir Fry your vegetables and then add some of the chicken.
  • You can also freeze cut up bananas......put the frozen banana in a blender and it makes banana ice cream that is delicious!
  • Low Fat Cool Whip mixed with strawberries (or the berries of your choice) put a thick layer on a graham cracker ....put another graham cracker on top....freeze.......makes a very good low calorie ice cream sandwich. Make up several and then keep them in the freezer in a container ready to go.

  • The other night I quarted my zucchini, shredded cabbage and cut up some onions. I sauted them in a skillet with butter. I put a lid on it and let them cook down. I let them cook until they started turning brown. I was so good!.......The browned zucchini tasted almost like fried squash....even my little boy liked it.

  • I have a terrible time getting water down. I just don't like water. I love unsweeten tea......so I try to get my fluid by drinking tea. There is a lot of flavoring for water now......the problem is it is artificial sweetner......and I really do not like sweet drinks.....Good Luck!
