A cream for stretch marks is generally good. I have heard other people say that brushing your skin to increase circulation works too. I have been taking coconut oil. This had made a difference to my skin. Eaten that is. But I do user it on my face too.

I use green lipped mussel for pain relief. It's natural and cheep. Excellent for inflammation.

I try to eat normal meals with the family and don't do anything special. But gig can get bags of exotic frozen veg. You can ready s sole bag for 300 calories. Sorbet instead of ice cream. Etc. Chicken breast is a good send. Coconut oil is your friend do research into it. X

Yesterday I ate more, and did some exercise, in the form of field management and took a horse out for an hours walk in hand, and this morning I have lost half a kilo, it would appear that I wasn't eating enough. :-)

Thanks guy's. I do have more weight to lose than that, but that was my more recent all time low, so wanted to get back down to that and thought it was a realistic goal. I did go on a website the other day and it said I have 18kg's to lose, I don't see where from TBH. I am an equestrian, am quite fit, and extremely well…
