Hi I'm new to the group but no MfP. I am nearly 49 and don't want to be fast at fifty. Also my younger sister is getting married in a years time so want to look fab in her pictures. I need to have more friends to diet with so here I am. Xx

Being laid up is a pain.
I have arthro but my major problem is dystonia. This is the second day of no movement of the bed. How are you supposed to lose weight. And how many calories do you reckon you can ready and not gain weight? I am trying to keep it around the 1250.

Am I not eating enough?
I have been on a diet now for 2 weeks, the first week I started on just lowered calories in conjunction with myfitnesspal, a healthy way to lose weight.
