10000 calories per session, only kidding, calorie burn is different for everyone. Best bet is to get you a good Heart Rate monitor to track them. It is still an estimate but a good one. Best of luck

Not much fat in boneless skinless chicken breast, if it were bacon that would be a different story. In a chicken breast all you will be cooking out is water for the most part.

Impossible unless you ate 17500 calories over your TDEE, most likely water weight from sodium. drink extra water and flush out and you will be surprised. maybe add a few hundred extra calories to your day for treats, make a manageable goal. remember you need to eat the way you plan on eating for the rest of your life.
