Hi im new too, and loving the app on my iphone. I would recommend CARDIO 20 mins 4-5 times a week and some simple toning exercises: squats, press ups and bent over row 3 sets of 15 of each. as well as a 'plank' a few times to failure. :)

Hi im wendy. im new to this app.....but i love it as i have only been using it since tuesday and already lost 1.5kg!!! ....i simply noticed that my sugar levels are through the roof!... good luck fellow losers :)
