Hey everyone i'm new to this, on day 5 so far and its going quite well!
I don't have a huge weight loss goal, just looking about 10lb off so that i'll be about 9 and a half stone or so!
Really wanna tone up though, any good toning exercise tips for tops of thighs and for 'love handles'? thanks!

Hi im wendy. im new to this app.....but i love it as i have only been using it since tuesday and already lost 1.5kg!!! ....i simply noticed that my sugar levels are through the roof!... good luck fellow losers0

im new too, and loving the app on my iphone. I would recommend CARDIO 20 mins 4-5 times a week and some simple toning exercises: squats, press ups and bent over row 3 sets of 15 of each. as well as a 'plank' a few times to failure.0 -

Welcome....I have a good 10-15 to drop and say bye bye to FOREVER.
Jillian Michaels has some really awesome workouts. She has an a workout - 6PK abs in 6wks. it is amazing. She also has No More Trouble Zones that targets your whole body.
Im currently doing a Kettle Bell workout that I am really enjoying, a little tough but I love the challenge.
Log everything your eating and drinking.
If you need some support and a nudge in the back occassionally you can requst me.

Thanks everyone! excited to get into it, think i'll weigh myself every 2 weeks instead of 2 weeks..might be a bit more positive!
what are your thoughts on treats/bad days...ok to have a bit of chocolate everyday? Or stick to the fruit for snacks!0
