  • CONGRATULATIONS!!! YOU LOOK GREAT!
  • My results can be viewed by clicking the link below. Combined 30 day shred 5 days a week with 30-45 min of cardio 3-4 days a week. I did not follow a strict diet plan, just added more veggies and cut back on fast food. Lost 5 pounds total. http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=8vn8dt&s=8
  • WOW!!! For the past three years I have struggled with keeping weight off after I lose 5-10 pounds. (Only need to drop about 20 pounds overall). I would count calories and do cardio only workouts for months and plateau. From looking at your results, I just realized that I have been doing it wrong all this time. I need to…
  • Here is the link to my results....I plan on celebrating this accomplishment tonight with a lot of drinks! http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=8vn8dt&s=8
  • TODAY I WILL COMPLETE L3 DAY 10!!!!! I'm so excited!! It has taken multiple tries over the past 2 years to get this far. But, I am proud to say that I have finally accomplished this goal. I loved L3 in comparison to L2. It went by so much quicker. If you can get through L2, you can definitely get through L3. I plan to post…
  • Phenomenal progress!! How long did it take you to reach the 20 pound mark? I only need to lose about 15-20 pounds too, and I realize it may take longer then someone who needs to lose more.
  • Starting level 3 tonight adn I'm very anxious to begin. As of last week, I couldn't see a difference and was thinking about quitting again. But, this morning I stepped on the scale and was down 2.5 pounds. Plus, I took pics and could see a noticeable difference in inches lost in my thighs and stomach area. I've been doing…
  • YOU LOOK AMAZING! GREAT PROGRESS! I'm shaped similar to you in the stomach area, and hope that my results are similar too!
  • I'm on day 3 of level 2. I'm doing it 5 days a week with extra cardio and resting 2 days. I'm waiting to measure myself until the end, but taking pics weekly. I can't see a difference yet, but I definitely feel different! Keep going and don't step on the scale until you are done. Some get discouraged when they see a slight…
  • If I wake up early enough, I make a spinach and turkey sausage casserole with egg whites. Just saute spinach, turkey sausage, mushrooms, and tomatoes in a pan. Pour it in a oven-safe dish. Pour egg whites on top and throw in oven for 30 min. On 350. I let it cook while I'm getting ready for work and take it with me to eat…
  • Underwhelming my *kitten*! Girl you look great! Thanks so much for posting the pics. This is great motivation for me. Today will be day 6 of Level 1 and now I'm anxious to see my results after two months! Keep up the good work hun!
  • Pretty much what everyone else has said is right. I've reached a point where I'm not losing weight as quickly, so I try to just have 1 cheat MEAL a week, instead of a whole cheat day. I'm hoping it will jumpstart this process again of losing weight.
  • Anything chocolate! Especially Klondike bars, oreos, and Hershey's candy bars
  • My goal is to eat more veggies, and to only get frozen yogurt once this month.
  • I'm all in in too!!! I haven't lost any lbs since the end of March and have been pulling my hair out every day when I jump on the scale. I can tell that I'm still losing inches. But, I just can't take seeing the numbers stay the same when I know I'm eating right and exercising 4x a week.
  • I agree 100% with modifying the recipes to make them healthier. For example, something as simple as using fat-free or lite ingredients, ground turkey instead of ground beef, or putting mustard instead of mayo on sandwiches, can cut almost half of the original calories.
  • Hey ya'll! I'm Lauren, 24, and I work as an Admissions Advisor at a small college in SC. I work from 8:30-5:30 M-F. I'm also working on my Masters Degree in Counseling, so after work I have class twice a week. In May, I have to start an internship for 20 hours a week at a children's shelter, so I am one busy woman!
  • I did the same thing! Buying an elliptical for my house was the best decision I could've made! You don't have to worry about waiting for the next available machine or if the person before you wiped there germs off! It is actually saving money too. A gym membership for two years could run at least $700 dollars. But, by…
  • LOVE IT!!! Everyday I find a discussion on MFP on how fat weighs more than muscle and it turns into some big debate. But this picture will make everyone understand that they weigh the same. The difference is in how much space fat takes up in your bodies.
  • Everyone is doing a FANTASTIC job!!! I don't have any pics yet to post, but my starting weight is 158. My current weight is 148, and my goal weight is 130-135. Even if I don't meet my goal weight, my main goal is to just live a healthier lifestyle.
  • I'm in the same boat too!! I can do cardio 5 times a week, but it's so hard to change my bad eating habits. I feel that I have to reward myself for sticking with my exercise regimen!! LOL...But what I try to do is be careful of what I buy from the grocery store. If all I have to eat is fruit, veggies, and lean meat, then I…
  • I'm in the same position Haley....I've lost 10 pounds since January, but I haven't been able to lose anything in the past 2-3 weeks. I've been reading the message boards on MFP lately, and think I'm gonna try eating back my burned calories after working out. Hopefully, this will give me the kick I need to get back to…
