I am big boned, and have a very big bum (which I want to keep) lol! I've heard for our height for women who like to have thicker thighs and some junk, around 145-155 can be just perfect! I think 160 is a great goal (mine is 155.) Then when you get to it, you can decide if you like your body that way, or if you want to loose more. I think anything from 130 is possible, but that might not be what your happy with!

I think I'm over 150 in the first picture (?) not really sure. Around 142 in the second, and around 140 in the third. Just goes to show what heavy lifting will do for you. I focus on body fat percentage not weight.

Everyone is doing a FANTASTIC job!!! I don't have any pics yet to post, but my starting weight is 158. My current weight is 148, and my goal weight is 130-135. Even if I don't meet my goal weight, my main goal is to just live a healthier lifestyle.
  • I'm 5'5 (and a half!) I just started dieting again but I've yo-yoed all over. Got fed up again after going from 195 to 205 over the first half of 2012...

    SW: 205
    CW: 201
    GW:: 165

I'm one of the 'larger framed' 5'5 girls. I feel like I'd blow away if I weighed less than 150 so I'm setting my first goal a little higher and then I'll reassess.

I wish I could post photos, but the camera hates me so I really just look puffy no matter how much weight I lose. Maybe once I'm at my goal weight, it will be enough to get rid of that ubiquitous double chin.

    Height: 5' 5.5"
    Starting weight: 225 lb
    Current weight: 203 lb
    Net loss: 22 lb
Goal Weight: 175 lb (50 lb loss)

I'm almost halfway there, but these last 3 lbs are a pain in the butt (and thighs, and stomach).

I'm closer to 5'6" but am loving all the progress I've read throughout this post!

I've been stuck between 145 and 148 for the past few months. I was 10 lbs lighter last year at this time and know I can get back to that and then some :)

    SW: 150
    CW: 147
    GW: 130

I'm also going onto day 30 of p90x and have lost almost 3" all around. My eating habits still need to improve but slowly and surely they are! Love the inspiration and motivation here
