I would have substituted a grilled chicken sandwich and a water or diet soda for the first meal, a sandwich (wheat bread??) with less cheese and more turkey, maybe some mustard on it to give it more flavor? Fruit for a snack in the afternoon. Was the chicken for breakfast?…
  • Here here! Just went yesterday for the first time since last year, and it was amazing! I'm also looking for strengthening exercises for my calves/ankles; things hurt pretty quick once I strapped in. Those heavy squats sound good for the quads!
