I'm in! 4.05 miles today! I don't do this much each day but I'll definitely do at least 1 each day! which 3o days from now i'm having foot surgery so it'll be good to do this much until I'm on the couch for a month

I weighed 162.2 this morning, my goal weight is 145 since that is what I believe I can maintain however still puts me in the overweight category for my height.
