A lot of people complain from knee pains with this work out. If my knees hurt, I just switch to a non-impact exercise from the video instead of the one she's doing (like punches or something). Also you won't lose a lot of weight but you will lose inches.

I'm 23 and still have 34 lbs to go! You can add me, or anyone can for that matter, I just started on here and have no friends yet!
