School starts on August 23rd. I'd like to be 140 by then. So that's 20 lb in 12 weeks. For the month of June, I'm doing the 30 day Shred challenge with my sisters and cousins. We will be climbing a local mountain on June 30 on the "hard" side. I want to make it all the way to the top!

If they are smaller than me I say, "well let's trade bodies then!" They usually don't have anything to say back to that. If they are bigger than me I say, "if I'm eating as healthy as a I would like and running as many miles as I want there's no way I won't get smaller." I use the treadmill 3x a week when its cold out (like now). The incline is essential if you want to tone as you go. I usually set it around 1.5% at the lowest and try to keep my speed at 5 mph. The if i slow down, I raise the incline more. I used the treadmill for my entire couch to 5k training and finished in 35 mins, so…

You can def do the 5k. I did my first one in January to raise money for recovering substance abusers. It was very hard but the sense of accomplishment was worth it. My goal is to run a 5k for a good cause every month!
