I've learned to eat all of my favorite foods without having too much. I also have plenty of favorite foods like fish, seafood, Greek yogurt, and beans, that are staples of my diet.

I'm constantly craving salt and sugar at the same time, so it's always either candy or potato chips that become my downfall .

Any of the crispy chicken sandwiches (Red Robin, Chilis, etc). So delicious and so calorie packed. They are my food crack.

Cake and cookies. I'm a fairly excellent baker, and I could eat two dozen cookies in one sitting without blinking. Seriously. So I don't bake much these days. :(

Have you tried freezing the extra cookies? I do that. I put the extra cookies in a baggie, 2 cookies per bag, and freeze them until I want some. Then I take out one bag and its only 2 cookies (:

    what extra cookies?

Nutella. It's only an occasional splurge, but I have to really watch myself with it. This is why I rarely have it in the house. =p

Nutella, nuts or nut butters. Can't have them in the house. Once the bag/jar is open, I can't stop myself!

lol I love peanut butter by the spoonful too :( ... lol mydoc said to putit on something.... like celery, apple, low carb cracker, use less and spread thin, just to get the flavor.. so my two biggies are peanut butter and starches, carbs.
Such a good idea from your doctor! I'll have to start trying that so I can still get my peanut butter fix!
