I think I look younger for the most part...at least based on what others tell me... When I dress for work I look closer to my age, on the weekends though when I am dressed casually people usually think I am about 5-7 years younger than I actually am...

Eat when you are hungry. Listen to your body. Also, drink lots of water. If you just ate but then you are still hungry then drink water...sometimes the wires in our brains get crossed and ppl confuse thirst for hunger. Oh, and I always say yes to breakfast...lol

If you have strong muscles and joint you can start now. I would start slow and steady though... Run 1 min, walk 2, etc... Do what you can. However, maybe try speed walking initially. It can burn just as many calories.

I started in January....and I have lost about 20lbs. My weight fell off at a slow and steady pace...about 3lbs per month on average... July and August were both write-offs for me though...since I got married in July I have been slacking a bit...lol I am back on track though and hope to lose another 10lbs by Christmas.

I used to dress up, and if I had an event to go to I definitely would...but lately I just spend Halloween giving out candy to the kids. It is so much fun to see all the young kids in costume.... Plus, I love staying home to watch tons of scary movies! lol
