You can pretty much make 'chips' out of any vegetable! Parsnip, radishes, turnip, asparagus, butternut squash, zucchini, sweet potato, brussel sprouts, peppers, eggplant, Sweet Potato Fries, kale, broccoli, beets, carrots, etc The trick is slicing them very thin and then you can bake them. Those candies in the orange and black wrapping. I don't know what they are called but they are hard as a rock (like salt water taffy) and taste like $hi!t. WORST CANDY EVER: Oh and Candy Corn. YUCK!

Well if I am still hungry after eating I will drink some water. If after 30mins I am still hungry and my stomach is being stubborn then I will eat something else...like some veggies or crackers w/ cheese.

Even though I know that I am supposed to drink about half my body weight in ounces, I don't. So, technically I should be drinking around 75 ounces per day....however, I probably drink half of that... Although when I am running I drink more.

I was on my way to becoming fat because I ate without thinking... Now I think before I eat, I have learned to say no, I only allow myself to indulge on occasion, and I exercise more.
