70 lbs weight loss. 235lbs down to 165lbs -(6ft) pictures

Just a quick message really- to say that after having 4 children –three just 16 months apart. I have lost 70lbs in a year !!! Just 5lbs to my goal which I’m hoping to achieve after xmas. I never thought that I would be at this point but after literally blood, sweat, tears and missing toe nails I can say that it was worth it.

I feel really proud of myself and honestly if I can do it anyone can. I started out as 235 lbs and now I’m 165 lbs( I’m 6ft tall). UK dress size 20 to a uk size 10 .

Good luck everyone, I hope this message inspires someone as I know reading the success stories really kept me inspired to carry on – especially on those bad days went it felt like I was trying to achieve the impossible.

    Such an amazing achievement - well done. I started out at 240lbs (233lbs on MFP) at only 5ft 2in! I have lost 32lbs and my goals is a further 86.5lbs. Your post is a great encouragement to the change I will see. Already i have gone from UK 22 to UK 16. Have a super Christmas and hope you have a healthy 2013.
