I'm 5'8" and currently 174 lbs. I feel the best at 155-160, but am having a very hard time getting and staying there. I am a size 12-14 and don't see how I could ever fit in an 8 at this weight. When I weighed 145-150 I was a size 7-8.

What is considered "clean" eating? I have heard that term before, but not sure what is meant by that. I know someone that said they eat clean, but they will have a sub at subway. So what I thought of "clean" was contradictory to what she was doing.

How long do you spend exercising those 5 days a week? I'm just curious.

I think it is a good way to start the day. If running or other exercise, you wouldn't need one with tons of protien, but to give yourself some energy, it's good. I make mine with diet splash, one scoop protein powder, tablespoon of flax seed and a cup of berries. Very good!!

Creams and cheese have none or very little carbs, cheese is protien. All the carbs are in the crust. Maybe try to buy a low carb crust that is premade. I don't think the lower carb pizza crusts would taste as good as the biscuits, but might be a way to lower the carbs. I also think if you buy them in lower calorie versions…

I so agree with you. There is no way I could only eat 1200 cal or less everyday. I would not have energy and be tired.

You can get a 38 oz container at Sam's Club (Maybe Cosco if that is in your area) for around $10. I count out 18 for a serving for 100 calories.

I believe it is an addition. I can go a couple days without it. But if I have a bag of candies, or box of donuts in my house, I think "I will just have one". Then something just hits me and I can't get enough. I need more and more until it is gone. If it were just a craving, once that craving was satisfied, I would stop.
