Protein shakes and running

Do you drink protein shakes even when your run or just weight lifting?

    Certainly if lifting.
  • I think it is a good way to start the day. If running or other exercise, you wouldn't need one with tons of protien, but to give yourself some energy, it's good. I make mine with diet splash, one scoop protein powder, tablespoon of flax seed and a cup of berries. Very good!!
