11/24 20 crunches (tried to split them into 5 sets of 20, got one set in) 50 squats, no weights.

11/20 25 Crunches 50 squats 40/bs weight. 11/21 20 Crunches 70 Squats no weights 11/22 25 crunches 60 squats 40lbs weights (3 sets of 20) Sorry ladies, still rebuilding my core (3 c-sections). I will make it to 100 though!!! Edited to add I am doing dead lifts hip Hop abs to help tho...lol

I'm 5'10.5 I am supposed to eat around 2100 but I am eating much less due to my work schedule. On a good day I am eating around 1700 but I may need to increase because I was at a standstill for a while. May be due to the increase in lifting I was doing.

I IF 3 times a week with 16:8. I started to do it every day but was kind of crappy at it, so then I went to 1 day, now I am up to 3 days . Hopefully in the end I will make it a mon-fri type thing. I drink lots of water and hot tea (unsweetened) to help.
