5'1.5" cw is 130, gw is 120, ugw is 112. Started at 140. I am a s/m frame and currently have a higher body fat % so I wear a size 8 since I gain weight in my tummy.

Back when I wore traditional running shoes, I wore Nikes. They always seem to fit and feel best. I think everyone is different. I recommend a good running store. But now I wear New Balance Minimus..not a traditional padded shoe..more like a barefoot shoe. LOVE them.

I would definitely do some thought/research on whether you really need 30% protein. Are you having a hard time meeting goals and thats why you think you need 30% protein? I'm gonna go with s_wilson on this one.
