  • Its all about cardio and diet. In all honesty you can do 1000 crunches a day but if you have flab over the abs you wont ever see them. Running is great for losing belly flab. But you gotta eat right too!
  • I did this diet a long time ago and only lost 1 lb. I then joined a gym and ate in moderation and exercised 5 days a week and lost 35 lbs. Fad diets like these dont work. And even if you do lose those 10 lbs from the diet, trust me you will quickly gain it all back

  • You can absolutley drink them after doing cardio Before or after your workout is fine. Alot of times its good to drink a recovery shake after your cardio cause dont forget you are still burning calores even after your workout so its good to get in some calories even after your workout.   • its hard to know the exact calories and info when you eat out. But alot of your popular chain restaurants have their nutritional information online, so you can always look on their websites to see
  • a slimfast bar or special k bar, that way you can take it with you. Also you could drink a meal supplement shake, like shakeology. You can blend it the night before and put it in the refrigerator in a to go mug.
  • Its what you order. try getting some sort of grilled chicken or fish. For a side dish avoid potatoes try getting rice or steamed vegetables. If its a big portion ask for a box right away so you can box up half of it and wont be tempted to eat the whole plate. If you order a side salad get a vinegrette dressing.

  • You are right. A combination of both strength training and cardio is the way to go. But sometimes when you start lifting weights you wont see a change in your weight just in the inches. And remember muscle burns more calories than fat
  • Dont be discouraged. You should feel great about running a 5k. I am not a runner at all and ran my first 5k last year. I finished it in 32 minutes and came in like 500 outta 600.   • Usually what I do is use Pam spray and sautee them with seasonsings like garlic powder, italian seasoning, seasoned salt. It adds flavor and is healthy too!
