A new mom....

Hi, I am just getting started here. I have a young child and I am looking to keep myself on track by keeping a food diary. Any other new moms? How do you manage to fit in exercise? Is there a way to add the extra calories I need (because I am nursing) to my daily calorie allotment? Thanks in advance!

Hi! I'm a new mama myself! If you need anything, let me know. I'm here for encouragement.

I believe I saw someone say that there was a "nursing" exercise in the database, that you add in and it gives you more calories....not positive though, as I wasn't on the site yet when I was nursing. otherwise, I think they say add 300 calories a day.0

I have a 5 month old. I basically exericse when he naps. Or I put him in his bouncy seat. He loves watching me exercise actually. Everytime I do squats he laughs0
