Ok so i have a few quesitons: 1. Would using the machines at the gym be still effective or do i have to use free weights? Hang in there i am in the same boat too!! Gotta keep motivating myself to keep going cuz i am sooo ready to throw in the towel. Still playing with my cals to see when the weight lose will start. Dont give up though eventually the weight should start coming off. I tell myself that too. :)

ok question MFP has me at 1200 cals. i am 5'5 200 lbs and a female. i excercise 5 to 6 times a week and burn between 400-700 cals. should i be eating the 1200 pluss the excercise calories too? i did do my BMR and it has me at a lil over 1700. or should i just eat 1700 cals daily and excercise and not eat back those cals??…

I usually add a scoop of chocolate protein powder to miine... It give it a lflavor and your getting a nice amount of protein as well :)

Hello.. Ok i have a question.. i am new to this MFP but i have been working out 7 days a week 1-2 hour a day and eating 1200 cals and i cant seem to lose weight??? I actually gained 2.6 lbs... What am i doing wrong?? Any advice would be good. Also what does the net calories mean??
