The EXACT SAME THING is happening to my friend right now. After seeing what she goes through, I feel for you. Good luck!

That is a tough call. No kid should be put into that circumstance, especially when their mother is being that irresponsible. Honestly, I would bring it up to the friend and just ask if it happens a lot. You know, as casually as possible. I'm not really sure what even that could do, though. I'd say if it happens again, then…

I didn't do a program, per se, but I believe the strength training I did while beginning my weight loss journey helped me tremendously. I lost 60 pounds in 5 months initially. I started exercising at around 190 lbs; I'm 5'2-3''. So, yeah, cardio and weight training seems to be the ticket.

I love using tenths of numbers. Thank you for that.

I'll be starting Extreme Shed and Shred (or whichever way it goes) tomorrow. Even though I won't be doing the 30DS, it might be interesting to see if the results differ at all. Will be posting befores soon enough!

Time traveling at its best--otherwise known as hitting 88 mph in the DeLorean.

I pretty much eat carbs whenever I damn well please.

My husband always does the dishes because he knows how much I am stressed out with other things (and even if I'm not that stressed out, he does them anyway). He has no concept of cooking, so yeah, I end up cooking for us. BUT I never have to make him separate meals, though I have offered to (I'm vegan). He is lazy about…

Hahaha. This.

I have lost either a very, very tiny adult, or a fairly large child. Either way, I weigh about 20 pounds more than what I've lost. Weird.

So, no one is friends with any of their exes? Hell, my husband is friends with some of my exes. Haha. (If I missed a post where you said you had exes as friends, I'm sorry)

You're right to suspect dairy. You could also have a gluten intolerance. Or yeast. Or sugar. I know people who are sensitive to all of these things and have IBS symptoms. Try cutting things out for periods of time and seeing if things improve. PS: I was diagnosed with IBS over ten years ago.

Fiber. It helps constipation, and it helps diarrhea. Counterintuitive, I know, but this is usually the first suggestion by most gastroenterologists.

I think HIIT is easier on the treadmill, but yeah, the elliptical is better for knees

My partner knows, but none of my friends (except for one who's on here) know. If they knew, they'd just keep accusing me of being anorexic (which I am most definitely not). Yeah, good friends, huh? Hahaha.

Hey, I have at least three of those things!

Well, I do have a stereotypical 1980's-era American name. Surprisingly enough, my heritage is not Italian.

That would appear to be the White House

Well...Charlene is from Ireland. Hahaha.

I have the same problem. I can't deal with DVD's (even though I own...a lot). That's why I zone out at the gym. For some reason, I can stay more focused there. Maybe because everyone is watching me.

Multivitamin, B Complex, Calcium with D, Vitamin D, Magnesium, a vegan DHA supplement, and Evening Primrose Oil

The last time I did that, I ended up with a huge blister on my hand from the elliptical because I didn't realize how hard I was going. I would opt against it. I mean...a blister is the least of anyone's problems, but after the experience, it just didn't seem like a good idea.

I am under my "happy weight"...honestly, I wasn't that happy emotionally at the weight they listed, but maybe my body was. I'm still struggling with that idea. Haha.

I have script right below my bra strap that stretches from one breast to the other (it hits both sides of my rib cage). As for pain, it really depends on the person. I didn't think it hurt, even on my ribs. I mean yeah, it felt like the most evil cat in the world scratching me for three hours, but it wasn't the kind of…

Hahahahahaha  :drinker:

I'm short, and I'm vegan. I'm guessing I qualify, haha.

If you look at my pictures, you can see my 'before' face and, obviously, my after face. I'm a little too lazy right now to copy and paste. Yeah, that's a lot lazy. PS: I lost 85 pounds.

Hahaha, yeah, I think everyone is missing the connotations/meaning of "circle jerk". I won't get into specifics of course. But I will say this: imagine everyone in a circle, doing the same thing to one another... I drink occasionally, but can definitely relate to the pressure put on non-drinkers. It's not very fun. And I…

They are trying to get it put into the DSM-V (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders). The time when it gets really serious is when people get to the point that they can't eat anything because they don't believe anything is nutritious/"clean"...and obviously the over-exercise part.
