I log everything, except water I find it bothersome to track it. But yes I track everything and if I dont I feel like I'm cheating on myself and I can't afford to cheat anymore !!! And BTW tea isn't what making u feel full its the water that u put in the tea with so minimal calories don't even worry about it.

I beat myself up too. Like today I drank coffee and found out I was over my sugar intake by double and saturated fats with just putting one thing in my mouth. A big Wtf moment. Thanks everyone. & I've been doing really good about sticking to and under the 1200 calorie diet. I work out most everyday. Yesterday I ran six miles maybe it'll do me some good to do it again today. I will stick to the lean protein and veggies and try not to add more sugar today, which will be very very hard.
