I have to agree with this. I have the One and while I *love* the product itself the customer service has completely turned me off from ever spending another dime with that company. It really is a shame because, like I said, I love my One. It really encourages me to stay off my butt. I've heard GREAT things about BodyMedia!

Agreed. Although, I did have a snicker at the guy that was walking to each machine and lazily using it for about 1 minute and chugging his orange Fanta in between each one.

At this point, it doesn't appear that you know your body as well as you believe. I think a good starting off point for you would be to eat something small each morning for 2 weeks and re-evaluate. Even if it's just 1 scrambled egg, 1 piece of whole grain toast, etc. You're still not going to believe a bunch of internet…

I'm going to say eat more as well. I know different strokes for different folks and all that, but there isn't really many reasons/conditions for someone to have such a low caloric intake. Interesting! I need to get fitted. Boobs was the first place I lost all the weight. Family and friends have no qualms about commenting on it, either. I'm not used to being small chested :(

Just water.. anything else is a snack or with a meal which really isn't often because other than coffee, I only drink water. I thought I'd NEVER make that transition, but it happened and water is all I want.

I typically eat a handful of nuts before my run, and a buncha water or a protein shake after. I'm still a fairly new runner though and I don't run for longer than 10 minutes at a time with a minute or two of walking in between. Everywhere that I don't want it to. LOL. Fingers, face, and from my waist down have all slimmed/toned up quite a bit. I'm going to have to get my rings resized soon. My stomach up to my neck (arms included) haven't changed much at this point. I'm starting to look a little weird. LOL.

I made these this morning.. thanks for recipe! I removed mine at 16 mins since I used a nonstick pan. I sprinkled some pecans and chocolate morsals over the top before baking. SUPER delicious, and came in at 88cals each!
