This is great! I am 5'3, 183 pounds. By Halloween my goal is to weight 170. Any less than that is a huge bonus :) Good luck everyone!!!! This is great motivation!!!

hello, last time i dieted/got healthy; I increased my protein; I believe this was one of the keys.
