Me too starting over tried so many diets sick of them all want loose weight and have lost weight with this before. I am excited to start this journey again.

I use her boot camp dvd. I love it do 2 miles only done it about 2 weeks off and on. So can't tell on the weight loss yet.

I am in menopause. I have hot flashes so bad sweat standing still. I break out will lumps just when it would have been my tom. The lumps are painful. I had all parts except tubes removed at 39 yrs. old. I can fell so fat sometimes I tell my husband I am having a fat day today. lol:explode: :laugh:

I agree I eat the foods I love just count everything. I use less butter less mayo and I grill nearly all my meat. I had to have a diet of things I like or would have never stuck with it. Dieting has to be something u can live with the rest of your life or u will fail.

Very hard to lose that much weight in 1 month. I started at 276 and lost 10lbs in 1 month. You need to have a plan that you can live with. Too low of calories you will be starving and that is never good. Like everyone tells me slow and steady is the way to do it. I hope this helps you .

I agree with eating too little that is never my problem. You have to have energy for your body to keep going. First thing in the morning I have to eat before I walk then I have to eat not long after the walk. So don't go too low your body needs it.:flowerforyou:
