The most yardwork I really do is to cut the grass. It's on the MFP list and I've used that one. Mine wasn't that high but it was around 500 for one hour. I think it was probably at least that with how hot it was.

If someone just doesn't care, you can't make them want to change. I think the best thing you can do for them is to keep inviting them every so often and as you continue to get in better shape, hopefully they will see that and want in.

Breyers makes a low fat yogurt that comes with either oreos or m&m's I feel like I'm being so bad with them but they keep me full for a while. (m&ms one is 190 and oreos is 180)

These are great! I needed these today! Just to add one: We never repent of having eaten too little. Thomas Jefferson I think "nothing tastes as good as thin feels" is probably my favorite. something to remind myself of when I'm craving something. It'll be worth it to pass on the chocolate!

I want to join too! My husband comes back for a little bit next week and it's harder for me to eat right when he's here so I could really use this push. My current weigh in was planned for thursday so friday should be easy :) Current/Starting weight: 215 :( Goal weight: 145

I will never be able to completely cut out soda all together. I got rid of regular soda a few years ago. I love diet pepsi (it is my favorite drink over even a regular soda). carry the gum with you and when you see something you want, put the gum in your mouth instead. that way it'll still have all its flavor and you won't want that gum to go to waste!
