  • hi guys! first off just wanted to say congrats to everyone! i am thinking about going in for WLS but just wanted to ask anyone who is around the 16 stone mark have you had any problem with excess skin? can this be avoided with alot of exercise? thanks guys! xx

  • All it does is mean that other people can motivate you on your posts and stuff they can also looks at your food diary (if you keep it open) and advise you on what your eating if you ask for this :)
  • im on day 2 and my thighs are in agony! i can barely climb stairs either or sit down i gave it a day of rest then going to do it again tonight i think it is perfectly normal x
  • I have this problem at the moment i can cross them just not comfortably but i know how amazing it would feel to be able to do that so well done!!!!!!! Xx

  • You should try the e-cigs i used one for about a month then just stopped havent had a cig in 29 days now and dont even notice! think they helped me off the cigs alot id deffo recommend them! there called nicolites or even 5colours GOODLUCK!
  • I also started this yesterday and with any exercise i didnt think i would stand a chance! usually cant do it for more than 5 mins! but recently give up smoking aswell so was able to get through the entire workout without a break which is amazing for me! I cant do pushups so i did bycicle crunches instead but fealt great…
