motivated newbie!

Hello,

I am Stella from Michigan. I am a 40 year old mom ready to shed the last 26 pounds before summer. I have been a yo yo dieter my whole life. I have a passion for fitness. In fact I am a certified personal trainer with a masters degree in Sport management. Back in September I was 205 pounds. Which I have been that weight several times. I kill myself to lose it to only gain it right back. Im getting to old to yo yo! Its time to fix whats broken! I have lost 44 pounds since September. Eating and working out has been my full time job. It is getting harder to lose as I go. Need friends to keep me motivated. I refuse to go back again! Im looking forward to building relationships as we push forward on our journey towards good health!

    Hi! I've been here for three weeks now! I'm looking to make changes that will stick with me for life regarding eating habits and exercise. So far I've lost 5lbs. My goal is to lose 30 more (hopefully by summer). You can add me as a friend if you wish!

    I have found that people who can maintain a healthy weight find a plan that is easy to stay with. When I see shows like Biggest Loser I'm always thinking that what they do on the Ranch is almost impossible to KEEP doing in most people's lives....especially as we get older. I would be willing to bet that maybe 10% of people on Biggest Loser keep it off for five years or more.

    Anyway...that's MY two cents worth.
