Give up the gym you are going to and find yourself a Planet Fitness....felt the same way you do about gyms but tried Planet Fitness and it is awesome....

had a bad week. was in hospital, pumped four bags of IV fluids into me and actually gained weight...depressing...started out at 178....it will get better when I am able to move again and get with the exercising again and back on the wagon. right now the wagon hit a bump and threw me over the top....it will be alright
