I want to continue with 30ds, even though level 2 may kill me. I. HATE. PLANK. POSITION. My big thing is to not stuff my face with everything right after I get home from work. Keep the snacking down!

Ah! Gaining a **** ton of weight in college is my specialty. I'm 30 pounds down but still 20 to go! You got it! Its all about laying off the booze (or it was for me)

I'd really like to lose 10 pounds, but seeing as I only lost 4 in January, I would be very happy with 5. (well not REALLY happy, but any loss is better than any gain)

I do the the 30 day shred in the morning, and normally hit the gym and do zumba and step, or sometimes go for a run. At the gym I also lift weights or do some more strength training. I'm sore, but alive. And starting to get muscle definition. I'm not dropping pounds, but my pants are starting to fall off of me (Hurrah!)

I'm a professional SCUBA diver, a snowboarder, surfer, run actively, and i read more now than I ever did in school. But mostly the diving!

I'm on L1D3, which is cool (even though I am sore) Does anybody else work out on top of it? I do this in the AM, and go running/zumba/step class etc etc in the evening, as I want to lose weight and inches; but I'm not sure if thats recommended. Thanks gang!

Started today too. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, although there are a few exercises that really work me! my SW is 151 I'll measure up later....^^v
