need help. 30 day shred plus gym workouts

I workout 7 days a week. I do chest, shoulders, and tricep on tue with free weights and barbells's no machines . On thus Is back and biceps . On sat legs. Every other day I do cardio and abs. I wanna try 30 day shred along with my 7 days a week in the gym will this be overloading my body and muscles and should I wait to do the shred till after my .10 week gym workout is done or can I do both at the same time. I am doing a 10 week resolution challenge at my gym and thought I could add the 30 day shred along with it what do you all think. Has anyone done this video alongside a gym workout?

I've got a very similar routine to yours. 7 days at gym, 3-4 days of weights/ cardio, and the rest is just cardio and abs. I'm doing the 30 Day Shred in the afternoons 5 days a week. I think the Shred is very low on strength and I think of it as mostly cardio/light toning. My only concern is burnout. I'm super-motivated right now, but I wonder how long I can keep all of this going. I'm trying to listen to my body, and rest/refuel when I need it. I've only done the Shred for 7 days, but I like it and I plan to complete it in about 40 days instead of 30. Good luck with whatever you do!

I do the the 30 day shred in the morning, and normally hit the gym and do zumba and step, or sometimes go for a run. At the gym I also lift weights or do some more strength training. I'm sore, but alive. And starting to get muscle definition. I'm not dropping pounds, but my pants are starting to fall off of me (Hurrah!)
  • Thanks ladies. I seen it at best buy for 9.99 and I have a coupon for 5.00 off so I am going to get it and I think I am going to start of using it on weekends with my other workout since I am off work on weekends and then when my 10 week challenge is over I think I will use it more to get ready for the summer and hopefully a bikini. I haven't been in one of those since before I met my husband.
