I am for the most part. Fruits Vegis and Lean cuts of meat. Whole Grains. No dairy, No Eggs, No Soy, No Gluten, No Sugars/Sweeteners, No peanuts, No Corn. Does that fit the bill?

Yes that is true it will continue to cook while simmering. Also having it raw inside will allow the juices to flow into your stew broth making it taste wonderful. Lean stew meat is okay if only browned. No worries.

do you know what your rate should be during your excercise? It's different for everyone. You should have a cardiologist office do a treadmill test on you and tell you what your excercise heart rate should be. That way you won't be concerned when it happens. Good luck!

Thats sort of what I am doing 1400 and work outs but I try to do at least 60. 30 min out door walk and then now I am also doing the slim in six work out! I was doing the Walk at Home with Leslie Sansone but Slim in Six is a much more intense burn!

I cant really comment because I am only eating Fruits Vegis and Lean Cuts of meat currently. If I were having oatmeal I have no idea what I would put in it, except some maybe some Stevia and Almond Milk.

I was a smoker for years and very over weight when I started and I guess I must be eating the right things and doing the right things because I have not had any weird smells that I have noticed.

getting naked! Duh who would a thunk! Yes looking at yourself in the mirror is harsh reality and sometimes it will just get you down. I prefer the scale! It's alot prettier than the actual mirror image!

I eat a little protien at various times and the healthy fats at various times during the day to keep my hunger under control and not letting the bad junk snacks enter the household!
