I really feel for you, its a catch 22! I've managed to do some exercise on the bike today and I feel really good, its a slow process but we will get there!!!! Good luck with it all, just try and stay positive and keep a good sense of humor.

Ive done all the physio etc. It didnt make me any better which was frustrating. Unfortunately my back problem is proving to be nigh on impossible to diagnose so its hard to know what to do. I only weigh myself once a week!!!! Only because my weight fluctuates throughout the week and I feel if I had put on a pound or two on one day then I would go and eat a massive bar of chocolate to make myself feel better! It's so darn hard though!!!!!!!:sad: :laugh:

You can make anything in slow cookers, soups or stews (fish, beef etc). You can do roasts in there, curries etc and you dont need to add oil so it can be really really healthy. Look up some recipes online. Slow cookers are amazing!!! Such a time saver :-)

It is so hard! I am home with a bad back at the moment and its so hard not to reach for the cookie jar, I am resisting though and filling up on ice lollies and sugar free jelly and lots of water.
