From one nursing mama to another you're definitely not eating enough. I eat about every 2 hours, I was at 2lbs a week loss with logging 300 calories for nursing but hit a plateau in August and just got the scale to budge in January. I upped, yes upped my calories by lowering my goal to 1 lb a week and only add 150 nursing…

I use endomondo as my GPS tracker, it is a free app in the android market, I'm pretty sure there's an iPhone app as well

My highest weight was while pregnant with my first child, 317 lbs. I was 186 prepregnancy so that was an insane amount of weight gain

I just returned my fitbit and ordered a hrm. It is really nothing more than a fancy pedometer with extra bells and whistles. They have an awesome idea but the calories burned is really not accurate and that was most important to me. I do lots of exercise inside and it's not really intended for that. The sleep is not…

what about 30 ds? it's only 25 minutes and ofcourse your least favorite thing, walking. just hold Gabriel in a carrier for extra burn.
