Have you heard of refrigerator/overnight oatmeal? You can prepare it up to 2/3 days in advance - just put porridge oats, yoghurt, milk/water and fruit in a bowl or tupperware and then pop it in the fridge overnight and it's ready to eat in the morning. I make mine with 1/2 cup oats and 1 cup of water. I then cool it down with a splash of milk, and sweeten it with a teaspoon of golden syrup or brown sugar. It's lovely. Mine are Brooks, but I'd recommend you get gait tested at a specialist running shop to get a pair that fit you properly and reduce the chance of injury.

I've been doing mat-based Pilates for 18 months. I do an hour class once a week - my posture has improved and my core muscles are so much stronger. The DVD I use is the 10 minute solutions Pilates perfect body - although it's harder than my Improvers class at times!
