Chobani with fruit on the bottom :love: It's really yummy. I've tried a lot of other brands and never really liked them. My favorite is the one with blueberry.

For the rest of my life, I have to keep moving. I need to get into good shape, be flexible, and stay away from being sedentary because my knees are constantly fighting me. If I don't work out for 2 or more days...I can feel it. It's not a bad thing, I want to stay active for life.

I love this show...it's so much more real than a lot of other weight loss shows. I also love Chris Powell's motivational speeches :)

Philanthropist, for sure. I can say that I would enjoy researching charities and start up businesses to donate to/invest in :) I think I could do a lot of good...I don't understand millionaire/billionaires that don't give anything back.

Hey there, I had surgery less than a year ago to repair my knee (work injury). I second the advice about the upper body strength training & swimming. It'll make the process a lot easier if you can stay physically active in some way. Make sure you find a good place for physical therapy after the surgery!!!! I cannot stress…

Hey, it's okay! I'm glad I'm not the only person having that thought lol. I swear, everyone I looked at looks smaller than me...and I'm not having "body vision" issues haha. Oh well, that's what I'm here to change :)

Fit Kid: I really want to start. I'm probably going to have to work up to that though (dumb bells and such) because I really don't have much upper body strength. What are some good things to do?

I almost considered buying these as well, but they kind of freaked me out. I've just heard to make sure you rinse them a TON because they smell weird from the package water. :sick:

I hear ya, I hope you don't have to do that :( I'll eventually (probably) have to have a knee replacement as well. I'm only 21 though, so I'd like that to not be happening anytime soon. Losing weight will definitely reduce my pain, but it's very unlikely that it will get rid of it. It definitely slows down my weight loss…

I'd say add in some lower body strength training. When you build muscle it really helps with burning calories + firming. Hope this helps :) congrats on your weight loss so far!
