Saving for later. Thanks!

As far as I can remember, I've always been an emotional eater. I don't blame my family, and I think a lot of people are like this, but we always celebrated with food. As I got older, I dealt (or didn't deal) with my emotions by eating. Sad? Time for some pizza or chocolate. Overwhelmed? Time for some chips and as much food…

This is awesome - thanks for the tip! I feel like this is going to make life easier for my fiancé and I :)

Bumping for later, but my new favorite "chip that isn't really a chip" is RiceWorks Salsa Fresca Brown Rice chips

Those are some awesome numbers!!! You look wonderful, great job!

Hmm that's tough, and awkward because it's your boss. I can identify with this somewhat (I consider myself agnostic). I appreciate when someone says that THEY will pray for something for me (like being sick or a hardship, because I take that as their kindness), but it becomes a little difficult though if you have someone…

My fiancé and I don't fight, but that's not to say that we don't disagree. If we disagree, we discuss it because we communicate well, but it remains a discussion and not a fight because one of us is "right". I'm sure we eventually will have an argument that we're unwilling to let go because it's important, but I'm…

That I'm sweet & meek....or young & stupid. I'm a kind person...but I am also brutally honest, I refuse to be walked on, I know what I want and I am extremely sarcastic. I'm 22....but I am intelligent and it is very likely that I've had more life experience than most people my age or older.

Bump :) I love all things pumpkin!
-
I love these as well :) nice flavor kick every once in a while

I would never hit a man unless it was in self defense. I HATE it when a woman slaps a man for something he said or did. Nothing gives someone the right to put their hands on someone else in anger. The man shouldn't ever hit her back...but that's because a person should never be hit in anger in the first place.

I agree...I sure didn't get here by under-eating haha. t think a lot of the time if someone says they can't get enough calories, it's because they don't know/have a hard time filling their day with 1200+ HEALTHY calories.
-
I don't really have any advice to give to you because I'm in the same boat. Best of luck and stay on track, because no matter what you are becoming stronger & healthier!!!
-
Thank you for the advice everyone :) I think I'm going to go to my doctor and get some more info...but I'm leaning towards getting it because I'm really hating my BC pills haha.

I love Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey (Double Rich Chocolate Flavor). I mix it with skim milk or almond milk and it tastes just like creamy chocolate milk :)

I couldn't be more disgusted...I knew I shouldn't have clicked on the link. I really like the part about how much food she eats & buys. Which is then followed by the fact that she doesn't work due to the disability (that she PURPOSELY inflicts on herself) of her size. So.....in other words, she has no job and lives on…

This looks and sounds amazing :) thanks for sharing!!!

Mmm pumpkin :) bump!

I'm 21 and both my knees are really bad. I'm overweight but not obese & fairly active. Knee problems don't always have to do with age. I have had so much trouble with my knees...I've had surgery on one and I'm trying to avoid surgery on the other. Knee pain is not something you can "work" through like other pains. If it…

Yum :) Bump!

Thank you :) that's what I was thinking as well but I wasn't sure.

You read my mind! I think the olive oil would be way too much oil lol

I say enjoy yourself :) Don't think too far ahead & instead just enjoy the moment and getting to know someone new. Just be you :)

I'm looking back again and some of the written stuff in the results is weird (about the vigorous workouts & amount you can lose). I just think the numbers looked like solid calculations.
-
I know! That's me too with the deficit. Pretty much any calculation I've ever seen for me to lose 1.5-2.0 pounds a week would put me well below 1000...thankfully I would never do that! I saw what you mean, it was odd.
