    I'm a recipe newb :). Is that 1.5 lbs of thighs with the bone or without the bone? I prefer breasts myself, but the boyfriend likes thighs.

    Sounds great. I would use frozen corn so not to worry about the sodium. Also istead of the cheddar soup. I would try just shredding low fat cheddar cheese and mixing it in. try the website dLife. they ahve great receipes for low carb, low and low sugar.

    These were awesome. I had them on a whole grain flat bread. I also tested it out on a tortilla chip. As a sandwich would be great too if you drain it a little so the bun doesn't get too soggy.
