Dating advice needed
Ok, here's the story. I was in a long term relationship from age 20 until last year. During the (long-drawn-out) breakup, I packed on the pounds. Now I'm in my mid-thirties and think I should start dating. I have another 20-25 pounds to lose before I think I'll be fully ready, but need to start mentally preparing. Any suggestions for someone who has never really dated as an adult? And for dating while still on this weight loss journey?
Thanks all!
