  • Hello Everyone. My workout buddy just got married and now has no time for me :-(. I am currently with LA Fitness Desert Sky on 75th ave and thomas. Anyone interested in working out with me i usually go in the mornings before 8am. Would also be interested in someone to go jogging or something with :-)
  • @gemiwing: you should try getting a stability ball for your crunches. My ab workouts became much more effective and eliminated the problem of hurting my back and shoulders. It also gives you extention to get your lower abs. If you really want a challenge then get a medicine ball to add weight to them. Good luck!
  • I agree with AlissaAngelo. Tony Horton is a great trainer. I have his 10 minute trainer DVDs and I love them. I will mention though that i HATE resistance bands. I find them difficult to use and they rub against my skin during certain moves that really irritate me. I swapped em for dumbells (i use 10 lb but you can use…
