I also hate drinking plain water. I use Crystal Light or Hawaiian Punch sugar free singles to go. They taste so much better than they used to. They're only 10 calories each and you put one in a bottle of water (or glass of water about 20oz). It's perfect for me and also helps me get through the afternoon sweet cravings.

It should be fine weight-wise, but you might retain some water (lots of sodium). Pizza is one of my weaknesses but when I had some after eating really healthy for awhile I felt a little sick afterwards, like there was a rock in my stomach.

I second all of these! My kids (boys ages 8 and 6) LOVE Shel Silverstein and I recently shared Sideways Stories from Wayside School with my 8 year old because I loved it when I was his age. I'll also mention the Encyclopedia Brown books for a fun read at that age.
