I never even used to drink milk very often (maybe a few times per month) but now that I'm calorie counting I've been seriously craving a glass of milk. Does it mean I need more calcium or is it just a craving like any other?
I'm getting soooo tired of oatmeal but I have no time to eat breakfast at home. I need something that I can either eat in the car or at my desk at work that at most requires heating up. I also don't really want it to go over 200 calories max and it needs to get me through to lunch. Anyone have a great low cal breakfast…
